*Due to space the Fi unit and ID info take up, it is not as adjustable as other collars. The larger the collar size, the more adjustable it becomes. The smaller sizes are less adjustable.A 12” collar should be adjustable about 11-13”. We can’t be exact on the adjustability because the longer the text is for IDs, the more adjustable space you lose.

This Fi-ready, one-of-a-kind collar has your dog’s ID info built right in! This exclusive collar features fun patterns along with ID info, so you can cut down on clunky dog tags (and that annoying jingle). Available in multiple patterns, so you can create your own custom look. Fits up to 5 lines of copy. This collar fits Fi Series 3 devices. Shop for Series 2 here.

Width are 1" (regular) or 3/4" (small) and can fit necks as small as 12" and as large as you need. Collar will be adjustable smaller and larger from the neck size you provide.

- Due to the custom nature of this item, manufacturing time can be up to two weeks and it may ship separately from additional items ordered.
- Your lines will be printed in ALL CAPS and phone numbers will be formatted exactly how you type them so check your work :)
- This custom product is not returnable but fully covered under warranty for defects. If there is a sizing issue, please let us know and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.

Return Information
Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Visit our return portal for a free return. Use your 9 digit order number to find your order. IF YOU HAVE A 5 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER, ADD 1003 IN FRONT OF THE 5 DIGITS. Once you've been to the portal and filled out the information - you'll receive an email with a pre-paid label to return your item. You're done.
Please don't send any of your animal back to us. Please lint roll all items to avoid a 20% restocking fee.
If you’re making an exchange and your exchange item is in stock, you should receive your replacement order within 2 weeks after we receive your returned merchandise. We’ll send you an email when your new order is on its way!
