COVID-19: Impact on Shipping
While we are as dedicated as ever to being a part of you and your dog's lives, we also understand that we are in unparalleled times. We are striving to maintain our shipping schedules, but there could be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take up to 14 days to receive.
As usual, we offer Free Ground Shipping on all retail domestic orders.
We offer the following resources to check your order status:
- Order History: If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging in and viewing your Order History.
- Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails: After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, and once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Customer Service: If you have questions regarding an order or anything else, you can reach our Customer Service team at email@example.com. There may be delays in response times as we review your questions and evaluate current situations. We very much appreciate your patience during this time.
