Most orders ship within two business days. Allow 2 weeks for items with ID. 

Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom* items shipped within the United States can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Visit our return portal to start a return or exchange. Use your 9 digit order number to find your order. IF YOU HAVE A 5 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER, ADD 1003 IN FRONT OF THE 5 DIGITS. Once you've been to the portal and filled out the information - you'll receive an email with a shipping label to return your item. You're done.

Please don't send any of your animal back to us. Please lint roll all items to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

If you’re making an exchange and your exchange item is in stock, you should receive your replacement order within two weeks after we receive your returned merchandise. We’ll send you an email when your new order is on its way!
*ID items are not returnable, but fully covered under warranty for defects. If there is a sizing issue, please let us know and we'll do our best to remedy the situation.
