U.S. Returns & Exchanges
Non-custom* items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find your order, and click on the three dots on the right. If your item(s) are eligible for return, click on Return Items. If that option is not available, your item(s) are not eligible for return.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
  4. Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. That’s it!

Exchanges
If your exchange item is in stock, your replacement order should arrive within about 2 weeks after we receive your return. We’ll email tracking info once it ships.

International Orders
For international returns or exchanges, please email service@stuntpuppy.com

Before You Send It Back
  • Please lint roll items when possible
  • Excessive pet hair may result in a 20% restocking fee

Customized Products
  • All Custom products are not returnable, but they are covered under warranty for defects. If you have a sizing issue, reach out — we’ll do our best to help!
