When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within two business days. Allow 2-3 weeks for custom items. Each custom product has a more specific timeline on its web page. If you ordered multiple items and some are custom, they will likely ship separately.

Can I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

This is a gift, are there prices on the packing slip?

No - that would be tacky.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Orders with billing addresses in Minnesota and Utah will be taxed at the current sales tax rates. 

How do I cancel or change an order?

What I ordered isn't what I expected. Can I return or exchange it?

Orders shipped within the United States can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Visit our return portal. Use your 9 digit order number to find your order. IF YOU HAVE A 5 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER, ADD 1003 IN FRONT OF THE 5 DIGITS.

Please don't send any of your animal back to us. Please lint roll all items to avoid a 20% restocking fee.

 

If you’re making an exchange and your exchange item is in stock, you should receive your replacement order within 2 weeks after we receive your returned merchandise. We’ll send you an email when your new order is on its way!

Custom items are not returnable, but fully covered under warranty for defects. If there is a sizing issue, please let us know and we'll do our best to remedy the situation. Custom items include: Stunt PuppyID Collars, CollarLab, Hand-Lettered Custom Collars, Adjustable Collar Tags as well as any custom tailored item.

What's your Domestic Shipping and Delivery Policy?

Stunt Puppy uses USPS, UPS or FedEx to provide our customers with the best rates and service. The majority of orders are shipped within one business day. You can also contact us with any questions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. We will include the tracking number so that you may track your order.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

We partner with DHL, UPS and FedEx. Shipping costs can be seen in the shopping cart.

My dog chewed my Stunt Puppy gear. Can you help?

Nothing is chew proof. Our warranty does not cover chewing, normal wear and tear or product misuse. BUT WAIT - if your dog acts like a dog and chews your leash - we can usually repair it (e.g. replace buckles, not webbing). 

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We sell wholesale to brick and mortar stores. Please reach out to us at service@stuntpuppy.com with information about your store and Tax ID number.
