It was a little rocky start, with some back n forth communication, but a BEAUTIFUL collar that fits my FI series 3 tracker and has our phone number, address and number on it.

The harness is fantastic. It fits nicely - no chafing but also adjustable so not too loose - and it looks fantastic. My dog is not a puller but a balker, so this harness is super-helpful with getting her to come along when she wants to go somewhere else! Would highly recommend!

Nice collar designed for the Fi tracking system. Measurement instructions were clear and collar came in with minimal adjustment necessary. The embroidered dogs name and phone number are clear and easy to read.

Fit the Fi 3+ perfectly. Seems sturdy, stain resistant, looks great (SO much better than the standard Fi collars), love the ID tag built-in. Reflective thread isn’t all that visible, but it’s something.
