Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5 business days for standard products and 2–3 weeks for custom products. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way!
U.S. Returns & ExchangesNon-custom* items can be returned or exchanged within
30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return

Go to your account page in the top right corner of the screen by clicking on the person icon.
- Find your order, and click on the three dots on the right. If your item(s) are eligible for return, click on Return Items. If that option is not available, your item(s) are not eligible for return.
- Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
- Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. That’s it!
ExchangesIf your exchange item is in stock, your replacement order should arrive within about
2 weeks after we receive your return. We’ll email tracking info once it ships.
International OrdersFor international returns or exchanges, please email

- Please lint roll items when possible
- Excessive pet hair may result in a 20% restocking fee
Customized Products
- All Custom products are not returnable, but they are covered under warranty for defects. If you have a sizing issue, reach out — we’ll do our best to help!
