Due to space the Fi unit takes up, it is not as adjustable as other collars. The larger the collar size, the more adjustable it becomes. The smaller sizes are less adjustable.

A 12” collar should be adjustable about 11-13”.

When adding a custom ID to collar sizes 12" to 15", we recommend a maximum of 14 characters per line to ensure that ID information is not covered up by the adjustment hardware.

Our Everyday Collars are made with polyester webbing, anodized aluminum hardware and USA-Made Duraflex® acetal Buckles.

They can be hand washed with mild detergent and air dried OR washed in your machine on gentle in a delicates bag and air dried.

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5 business days for standard products and 2–3 weeks for custom products. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way!

Returns and Exchanges

Non-custom* items shipped within the United States can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Visit our return portal to start a return or exchange. Use your 9 digit order number to find your order. IF YOU HAVE A 5 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER, ADD 1003 IN FRONT OF THE 5 DIGITS. Once you've been to the portal and filled out the information - you'll receive an email with a shipping label to return your item. You're done.
