These collars are made by us - for you and your dog - at our production headquarters in NE Minneapolis. We also fulfill all the orders at headquarters, eliminating extraneous shipping.

The team did great with the design. The only complaint would be I thought the colors were blue, red and yellow. It turns out it was pink. I still love it! It's the third one I have ordered. We especially love the extra D-ring for hooling the leash onto.
