Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 5 business days for standard products and 2–3 weeks for custom products. You’ll receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way!
U.S. Returns & Exchanges
Non-custom* items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account.
- Find your order and click the three dots on the right.
- If your item is eligible for return, click Return Items. (If this option isn't available, your item isn't eligible for return.)
- Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
Please note: A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style? No problem.
- Log in to your account and follow the same steps above to start your return.
- When selecting a reason from the dropdown menu, choose "Other."
- In the notes section, let us know what you'd like to exchange for (size, color, style, etc.).
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship your replacement item.
Exchanges include a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost—there is no return shipping fee for exchanges.
If your exchange item is in stock, you can expect your replacement order within approximately 2 weeks after we receive your return. We'll send tracking information as soon as it ships.

Customized Products
- All Custom products are not returnable, but they are covered under warranty for defects. If you have a sizing issue, reach out — we’ll do our best to help!
