These collars are made by us - for you and your dog - at our production headquarters in NE Minneapolis. We also fulfill all the orders at headquarters, eliminating extraneous shipping.
Excellent product but, the customer service is out of this world! I incorrectly ordered my collars reached out to the company and they fixed it with no penalty and went out of their way to make me happy! Thank you!
This would have been a lovely collar were it not for the actual color being very different than advertised. In the advertised photo, it appears more like a green color, which I thought would be great for my male puppy. But in reality, the color is more like an aquamarine / turquoise. Call me picky, but for the price paid, I would expect there to be more accurate advertising. I unfortunately can't return it as I got it customized, which is a shame. Hesitant to purchase from here again, as I can't trust that any of their other advertised photos are accurate.
I’ve lost two tags in the last six months and so being able to customize and have my and my pup’s information right on the collar is so helpful! Now I know no more tags are getting lost and if anything happened, my information is right on her. Love the pattern too and the soft material!

This collar is great! the width is perfect for my medium size pup, the print is beautiful, works perfectly with our FI unit. Will be purchasing another when she grows out of this one!
