With our custom ID collars, your dog can show off their personality (and their contact info) without making a big racket. No metal tag means no noisy clanking.

When it comes to an everyday collar, you want soft, smooth and comfortable. Comfortable for your dog with webbing that doesn't pinch the skin or mat the hair; a sense of security for you with best-in-class Duraflex® buckles and D-Rings. It's supple and silky for sure.

Sizing

Due to space the Fi unit takes up, it is not as adjustable as other collars. The larger the collar size, the more adjustable it becomes. The smaller sizes are less adjustable.

A 12” collar should be adjustable about 11-13”.

Martingale Limited-Slip Collars

Description

Whether you’re a sight hound with a slimline head or in training to become an angel on the leash a Martingale or Slip Collar is a safe and comfortable type of training collar. Communication is the foundation of any great relationship and for many dogs these collars are a good way to improve communication using the pressure of touch. The limited-slip function means that the collar cannot continue tightening beyond a certain length (ours is 3”) making them safer than traditional slip collars which can tighten without limitation.

The secret sauce of the Limited-Slip Collar is the control loop that allows you to apply and release pressure without the collar becoming excessively tight; and if properly adjusted it prevents dogs backing out of the collar when you disagree on direction. The position and action of the collar mean that minimal pressure is required compared to other tools such as harnesses.

With correct use, the collar allows you to apply gentle to more intense pressure to shift your dogs attention away from distractions, or disrupt unwanted behavior before it escalates. Once your dog turns attention back to you, you relax the pressure and voila - we have communication! With practice, there will be little to no pressure on the collar unless required.

The limited slip allows a maximum shortening of 3” in the control loop

Important Information About Limited-Slip Collars

Professionals stand firm in their belief that limited-slip collars are a training tool, not an everyday collar and we stand with them on that. They are never, ever, ever, not even sometimes-because-you-forgot or only-for-a-few-minutes to be left on your dog when it’s off leash and/or unattended. This includes at inside at home, in the yard, at daycare or out on a walk. The risk of your dog snagging the control loop on a branch, tooth of another dog, or other object is real and your dog can’t back out of this collar so can trap and potentially choke itself. We have other brilliant flat collars that can be used outside of school-time so please heed our warning and be good to your dog.

If you are not going to heed this advice, then always ensure that if your dog is not under your supervision that the collar is loosened so even if it became caught in something, they could back out.

The second rule of limited-slip collars is that they need to be properly fitted to be effective. Here are our sizing and fitting instructions:

Sizing: Take Two Measurements

Measure your dog around the widest part of its head. This is typically around the cheeks/jawbones and up behind the ears

Measure your dog around the base of its neck - just behind the ears and jawbones. That is where the collar will sit when you’re working it. This number should be smaller than the first number unless you have a sight hound.

Choose a collar size based on the neck measurement and opt for one where this is in the centre range of the adjustment i.e. if the measurement is 15” choose a collar 13 - 16” rather than 14 - 21”.

Small: 12-18" necks
Medium: 14-21" necks
Large" 18-24" necks

Fitting and Adjustment:

The Martingale should sit right behind the ears (think a show dog at Westminster) when in use

It should not sit midway down the neck like an everyday collar

When the control loop is pulled tight, the collar should be firm and the dog should not be able to back out. If it is pulled to its tightest and your dog can wiggle out, it’s too loose.

When the control loop is relaxed, the collar will rest comfortably and without tension.

Note that if you are leaving this collar on all the time (please don’t) that you must loosen the collar when you’re not with your dog; and adjust it to working length when in training.

The third rule of martingale collars is that if after you’ve worked with it for a few weeks and your dog simply pulls through it keeping it constantly tight, you need another approach. Consider consulting a trainer who may recommend a different tool or check out our Go-Dog-Glo Harness that uses pressure around the body rather than around the throat.

The owner of a dog I walk was looking for a new martingale collar, and I directed her towards Stunt Puppy after I had great experiences with their hands-free leashes. While we didn't see a solid red color option (which she had her heart set on), I suggested we reach out and see if it was a possibility. Not only did we find out this was possible, but the person we spoke with helped us figure out which size to get and then double checked that our order came in correctly. The collar arrived much quicker than expected, and the owner of the dog literally gasped when we took it out of the package. We were both incredibly impressed with the high-quality materials used as well as the workmanship. The collar fits her dog great and looks amazing!

So I bought one - a “red” version w a nice print on it for our male dog. Well, the red very quickly turned to pink. I couldn’t let our poor boy be referred to as “she” any longer and bought this blue one. Luckily our female was happy to take the hand me down. ☺️. Well made, original designs. Will be back.

Built for the road, track, trail or sidewalk, the super-lightweight Stunt Runner™ keeps you and your dog in sync and your hands free.

The extension is adjustable and when longest can create space for running with your dog single file on trails or up and down hills. Shorten it up for close, side-by-side urban running.

We kept it simple, light and easy to adjust on the move
The D-ring on the waist belt can be moved to specific position to keep your dog in the sweet spot without tugging on the waist belt
Flex in the bungee section absorbs variances in stride, speed and direction

Classic and Patterned Everyday Leashes

Stunt Puppy's standard leash is designed with everyday fun in mind. Built with the strong webbing, it's the softest, smoothest and most comfortable leash for you and your best friend.

This 5-foot leash is incredibly versatile in terms of length and temporary hitches, too: the adjustable handle end lets you shorten the leash as needed, use as a temporary tie-out, or easily convert to waist loop or over-the-shoulder loop. The traffic loop at the base lets you pull your dog close when you need to. Built to last with best-in-class Duraflex Rock Lockster® buckle and swivel carabiner for easy clipping.

We Resolved Two Issues with Dog Life Jackets

Enclosed The Harness Between The Front Legs

Conventional jackets are open between the front legs, which can cause the heavy head and chest area to sink and fall through that gap - so we closed it with a continuous articulated chest and belly panel
The enclosed design is better for buoyancy, security and comfort, particularly when being lifted
Flotation in the under-chest panel supports the heavier shoulder area and helps keep the head higher in the water
Attaching the handle to the full harness supports the dog fully, secures them firmly and eases pressure on soft issue

Trimmed And Articulated Panels To Create A More Streamlined Fit

Conventional jackets are mostly rectangular with a curve around the neck because that’s cheaper to produce, but rectangles don’t fit around the curves of a dog and single piece buoyancy foam is stiff and awkward
Every panel on the Float Doggy is curved to mirror the shape of a dog's body
Each Float Doggy panel is articulated for flexibility to improve comfort and movement and give streamlined fit

Care Instructions

Rinse in fresh water after use and dry thoroughly out of direct sunlight before storing

Pay particular attention to rinsing if using in sandy or gritty conditions, salt water or swimming pools with chemical treatments

Dirt and debris should be brushed off the jacket when dry.

Check The Fit

We highly recommend checking the fit of your Float Doggy frequently during first uses to ensure that there are no points of contact causing abrasion or discomfort.

Check this periodically as changes in your dog’s body shape, different activities and water conditions e.g. salt and sand versus fresh water will impact the fit of the jacket. Please ensure the jacket is adjusted correctly and fitting comfortably.

Be particularly mindful of the areas by the elbows and between the front legs and in the groin area.

Will My Dog Overheat In A Float Doggy?

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. The answer is that the jacket is designed to be used in and around the water. As long as the jacket is wet the chance of your dog overheating because of the jacket is minimal and indeed the jacket will provide some cooling effect when it is soaked in water cooler than the ambient temperature.

HOWEVER irrespective of whether your dog is wearing a Float Doggy or not, please always provide shade, fresh water and monitor your dog’s comfort when outdoors to check for signs of overheating. If they are showing signs of heat distress, provide shade and access to cool water (for swimming, drinking and as a cold compress). Focus on gently cooling the underbelly, chest and groin areas to ease signs of heat distress and seek veterinary advice if your dog shows any signs of heat stroke.

Harnesses

Go Dog Glo Harness

Harnesses can be helpful for dogs that are over-enthusiastic on the leash, but they aren’t just for dogs that pull. They also help any dog feel safe and comfortable when moving with you.

Our Go Dog Glo™ Harness uses a unique combination of fabrics and structural design to provide control, direction, comfort, security and additional visibility.

Expert trainers and behaviorists often use slip leashes that use the gentle application of pressure in specific directions to improve the sensitivity of communication between dog and handler. The Go Dog Glo Harness uses a similar mechanism but transfers that pressure away from the throat and onto the body.

Safety

If you are using the harness to help with dogs that are difficult to manage on leash please always consider your own safety and seek professional advice to help teach your dog the joy of moving peacefully by your side.

The Leash Attachment (UPDATED)

Positioned over the top of the shoulders to give the best body control and minimizes the fuss of leashes getting caught around the front legs.
As pressure comes on to the leash, the attachment glides to provide direction and reduce tension. This style of attachment helps redirect the dog back towards you to release pressure, subtly changing the direction of movement, refocusing attention and reducing the urge to pull.
If your dog is normally on your left side, we recommend attaching to the left D-ring, and vice versa if your dog walks on your right. Attaching to either D-ring will work.

Which harness is the right size?

First - measure your dog's girth. What's girth you ask? Measure around your dog's chest just behind your dog's front arm pits.

Girth 15"- 23" (13 - 58cm) - Small

Girth 23-29 inches (58 - 74cm) - Medium

Girth 29-37 inches (74 - 94cm) - Large

Adjusting your harness: The harness should be snug when your dog pulls, but loose and comfortable when your dog is not pulling.

Perfect for camping, sedate winter walks, aprés and alfresco activities or for senior and thermally fragile dogs requiring extra insulation. To keep this jacket light we’ve chosen fabrics that are not as tough as our other coats so it’s not intended for running through the bush. Sizing

Our jackets have generous adjustments to allow for different-shaped dog's bodies e.g. deep chests, broader shoulders or narrow bodies, and slim waists. The tapered shape of the jacket panels also helps to accommodate these better than 'square' jackets.

The only fixed measurement is the length of the spine so measure this as your starting point.

Measure from the front of the shoulders to the base of the tail as this is where the jacket will sit.

Your dog's weight gives an idea of whether they might need to go up or down a size if they are on or near the border of two sizes. Lighter frames err on the side of the smaller size; larger frames err on the side of the larger size if your dog is sitting on the border of two sizes.

We've also given some breed-shape reference points to help imagine the size of dog this item is suitable for. We've used well-known breeds so don't take it too literally, but imagine the size of your dog compared to these. Don't worry if they're taller or shorter in the legs, just the size of their torso is important (unless you want pants in which case we can't help you). For example, if you have a whippet-pointer-lab-spaniel supermutt that has ended up around the size of a Vizsla but with a scruffier face and shorter legs then go for the medium.

Care
Puff Doggy, like all doggies, love the fresh air so hang them outside to flap around and freshen up. Hand or gentle machine wash in gentle detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Line Dry. Treat with Pertex-Friendly products to restore water-resistance as required.

Sub Woofer

Made with activity in mind the soft-shell Sub-Woofer is an excellent choice for a water and wind resistant dog jacket, with moderate warmth and a soft, light, flexible fit suitable for outdoor work and play.

We have been mindful of keeping the area where a harness sits clear of buckles and fastenings so that your harness fits seamlessly over the jacket. We don’t recommend wearing a harness under a jacket because not all harnesses function and attach at the same point so aligning the attachment and jacket can be problematic. More importantly a harness under a jacket can become twisted, unfastened or tangled and this is both uncomfortable and unsafe for your dog. Make sure the thick, center chest seam is on the outside (so it won’t irritate your pup in that tender area).
This close-fitting fleece is perfect for wear under a harness — no adjustments necessary! Bonus: it’ll reduce or eliminate any harness-related chaffing.

Sounds weird, doesn't it, to say that a pouch is too big. But, to me, it is.

I want a pouch that is large enough for a roll of poop bags and a couple of keys. This pouch could carry two rolls of bags and a few other things. It's sturdy; this is my second one.

Two dogs are better than one, as long as you can hold onto them. Designed for use with one leash and two dogs, the Stunt Coupler™ has two swivel carabiners for fewer tie-ups and tangles for both you and your pooches.

Metal D-Ring securely connects to any leash; the two 1" swivel carabiners clip easily to collars. The coupler measures 16" from the D-Ring to the end of carabiner.

Adjustable Collar Tag

CollarTags™ are made of non-magnetic stainless steel .060 thick and bent to match the curve of a dog's neck. If you order the right size, we guarantee it won’t fall off.

Order the tag in the same width as the collar you plan to use it with. For example, a 1" tag fits a 1" wide collar.
