Big fan of this leash! It replaced one that I'd been using for about 6 months. The prior leash required constant readjustment and was limited to one pooch with the other on a separate handheld leash. The Stunt Runner's belt connection makes it much easier to put it on and take it off, and it works great for both dogs with the addition of the dual lead attachment. I'm now able to walk two 15-pound dogs virtually hands free.
They are tethered together by the dual lead attachment with about 2' of leash between them. This helps keep them together at a consistent pace when we're walking, running, or hiking. All attachment points swivel, so they don't get tangled up anymore, and they're able to extricate themselves on the rare occasion that the leash gets underfoot or behind their tails. The only time I need my hands is when they start to drift around behind me. This happens rarely, as they figured out pretty quickly that it was easier to trot at my side or a little ahead. I just give them a tug when it happens and they get back in stride.
I would take caution if you plan to use this to hike with dogs much bigger than mine (>20 pounds or so). Steep climbs and descents can be a little dicey when they tug and throw off your center of balance. Climbing over deadfalls is also a little tricky and might sometimes require uncoupling them. Both minor drawbacks that are pretty easy to overcome.
(TL;DR) Perfect leash for two smallish dogs (with extra dual lead) or one mediumish dog
